Superserie de piernas con Celeste Bonin (VIDEO)



La hermosa Celeste Bonin compartió parte de su "Leg Day" (Día de Piernas) en el gimnasio. En su entrenamiento realizó una superserie con variaciones de los lunges o las zancadas. Lunges laterales y lunges estáticas. Todo esto cuatro veces.

Here's a super set from today's #LegDay workout. I did 10 side lunges focusing on one leg then went immediately to static lunges focusing on the same leg. As soon as I was done with 10 lunges I switched back to side lunges and worked the other leg then went right into static lunges again. I did 4 super sets for each leg with no rest in between!
