Mira la transformación fitness de Emily Skye (FOTO)



La hermosa fitness expert y welness coach Emily Skye compartió una foto que corresponde a la transformaciónq de su cuerpo de 2009 a la actualidad.

Ella explica que en 2009 era flaca, no hacía ejercicios comía poco. Se sentía poco saludable y que estaba haciendo las cosas mal. Cambió todo y en 2015 come más comida saludable, levanta pesado y ha ganado más de 10 kg (47 kg a 58 kg).

"He crecido un poco en la forma de las piernas y brazos, pero mis cambios no son sólo físicos, también gané fuerza y confianza y me siento increíble de adentro hacia afuera. Me encanta sentirme fuerte y saludable. Ser feliz con uno mismo es muy importante".

Well here it is! 2009 - I was skinny, I didn't exercise and I under-ate. - I do realise some of you might like this look and that's cool, but for me it was really unhealthy, felt horrible and I was doing everything wrong. 2015 - I eat a LOT of healthy food & lift weights and as you can see I have gained over 10kg. I have grown some shape on my skinny legs and arms but my changes aren't just physical, I also gained strength and confidence and I feel amazing from the inside out. I love having muscle and more shape and I love feeling strong and healthy! Being happy with yourself is so important.
